An-Najah Innovation Park (INNOPARK) has an extensive background in executing training and capacity- building projects. Training Academy at INNOPARK offers young graduates and workers industry-specific modules that are built to meet the evolving demands of the market. These modules enable them to acquire transversal skills and/or new, complementary technical competencies, thereby expanding their career opportunities. Additionally, Training Academy at INNORARK has signed agreements with high-profile institutions at a national and international levels for continuous improvement and to drive excellence in its programs and services through curriculum development, training delivery, and mentorship. INNOPARK utilizes the resources and facilities of An-Najah National University, which is the biggest university in Palestine. As such, every university department is committed to offering the assistance required to maintain the remarkably high caliber of outputs and services. The staff and researchers at INNOPARK have a wealth of expertise from previous innovation and entrepreneurship projects dating back to 2007. One of the main achievement of the training academy is building the interactive distance-learning platform NajhCom. This platform is developed using AI which position the academy as a forward-thinking institution that prioritizes accessibility, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, scalability, customization, and technological innovation, thereby gaining a competitive advantage in the education market.

Role of the Administration
An-Najah Training Academy is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all training activities. This includes developing training programs, recruiting trainers, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, marketing programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, the administration builds relationships and partnerships with various institutions to enhance training and development opportunities. It also manages the “Najahkum” platform, which serves as the primary medium for delivering training courses.
Continuing Education Unit:

The Korean-Palestinian Institute of Information Technology
Overview:
This institute fosters collaboration between Palestine and South Korea in the field of information and communication technology. It facilitates the transfer of advanced Korean expertise and technology to Palestine while enhancing local capabilities in this field.
Activities:
•Delivers specialized training programs in various IT fields such as software development, computer networks, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
•Organizes workshops, conferences, and collaborative events with partner institutions.
