Originally a traditional structure rich in cultural and architectural heritage, the building was carefully acquired and rehabilitated by An-Najah National University. Through a meticulous restoration process, the University preserved its historical character while integrating modern functionalities that meet contemporary educational and research needs. This rehabilitation not only revived the building’s original charm but also valorized it as a symbol of the University’s commitment to preserving heritage through sustainable and adaptive reuse.
